Il Ristorante located within the Bulgari Ginza Tower was recently presented with two prestigious awards. Executive Chef Luca Fantin received one Michelin star in the Michelin Guide 2012 Tokyo, Yokohama, Shonan and secondly, the wine list was announced the gBest Italian Wine List in Asiah for Italian Restaurants in the Hong Kong Italian Cuisine and Wine World Summit late last year.
Chef Luca Fantin, the only Italian to receive a Michelin star in the guide, and his team both culinary and sommeliers have been working extremely hard to achieve both awards which we are all so proud of.
